I have worked with Grades 3 through 12 at various schools in Nampa and Caldwell. In the past I have focused on Mathematics, but have also worked in Biology, Chemistry, History, Economics, and Government; as well as, SAT, ACT, and ISAT prep. I am confident I could provide assistance in any other subjects given a short amount of time to prepare. I have also worked with adults in these same areas as they prepare to re-enter university level study or need to pass tests to maintain certifications. I am an excellent test taker and am very skilled at teaching various strategies for success. As for child care experience. I worked as a live in Nanny for a Single mother of two here in Boise, Idaho. I cared for a 7-year-old girl and her 5-year-old autistic brother. My duties consisted of getting them ready for School ensuring they had lunches, homework to turn in, etc. Then after school assisting them with homework, preparing them a snack and ensuring they were entertained until there mother returned home from work. There were some unique challenges working with a special needs child but I quickly grew to love the challenges, especially as the two of us learned to communicate.
