I have over two years experience tutoring students from elementary and middle schools. My primary experience comes from working at the YMCA for nearly two years as an assistant teacher at an after-school program. Tutoring, leading activities and games, and working with teachers and parents were some of my main responsibilities. It was really rewarding and with approval, I was able to use some of the strategies to differentiate the instruction and thus have engaged students.
I love seeing students grasp concepts and have those "A-ha!" moments. I specialize in English and Social studies. I look forward to working with you and your child!
