I have tutored at the University of Washington at the Women's center, and at home. I have tutored three of my younger siblings. I am very flexible and patient. Students feel very comfortable around me to ask me questions. My greatest concern is does the student really understand the concept instead of memorizing equations. I have creative ways to explain things to my students. I also try to bond with my students by doing something outside of studying such as playing sport or whatever works for my students.
