My name is Megan, and the pool is my specialty. I have swam competitively year round for around 10 years. I swam for McMurry for two years. As a lifeguard for the past six summers, I have organized and taught swim lessons to children of various ages, ranging from mommy and me classes with 1-year-olds to 12-year-olds. I also helped organize and teach the swim lesson training class to employees for my company. In addition to swim lessons, I spent two summers as the head coach for a neighborhood swim team. The team had around 70 swimmers of different swimming levels aged 5 through 16. Our team won our championship meet both years I coached. I really love teaching swim lessons!
