I am now offering tutoring services in Adams County (Illinois) and the surrounding area, for students entering Kindergarten through 8th Grade. I am a Certified Teacher, with a Master's Degree in Elementary Education (K-9). I have middle school endorsements in Language Arts, Computer Applications, and Social Sciences. I also have a strong interest and skills in Math, Science, and Reading. I have 4 years experience teaching in elementary, middle/intermediate, and junior high classrooms. I have previously been an in-home licensed childcare provider. I have four children (ages 1, 3, 6, and 10). My husband and I are also licensed foster/adoptive parents. I can offer flexible hours. I prefer to work in an educational environment, such as a library, but will come to a client's home. I am willing to work with sibling groups. Rate of pay will be based upon mileage, number of and the age variation of students, and requested hours. The rate will include educational material and lesson preparation.
