I ensure the safety of the swim lesson participants by enforcing the establishments' pool rules and responding to emergencies when they arise. I am a hands-on instructor. I also provide all the necessary papers for the parents to know the progress of their child like parent information sheets, and Report Cards in a timely and professional fashion. I also administer First-Aid or CPR when needed and report all accidents. I have the ability to work harmoniously with fellow employees, patrons, community groups and other units of local government. Ability to work independently in day-to-day operations. Ability to work in a team atmosphere, promoting positive work relationships with both internal and external customers. Ability to communicate effectively with fellow staff and the public both orally and in writing. Capacity to be self-motivated and achieve goals.
