I know the stress that comes with applying for colleges and making sure all deadlines are met. I also know the extreme benefit of having someone counsel you through the process, having been counseled myself! I am very interested in assisting high school students in applying for colleges. I would help in the following ways:

- Assist student in researching colleges and universities they would like to apply to.
- Create spreadsheets for planning deadlines, necessary papers to turn in, information about schools.
- Edit essays and give tips about what worked for me with writing responses on applications.
- Double check all applications (review for spelling errors, anything that stands out as incorrect).
- Help in planning college visit trips and tours.
- Send reminders about deadlines and due dates for applications.

I am currently a sophomore in college and will be home for about 4 months this summer. I myself applied to 11 universities as a senior in high school. I ended up receiving acceptances to 10/11 universities.
