I have also led a group of instructors in a Response to Intervention program. This program was part of an elementary school's plan to help those children who were at risk in the reading area. As the person who coordinated this, I was responsible for developing and implementing training for other instructions, as well as ways to monitor progress and develop strategies specifically for each student.
