Jennifer K.

Jennifer K. was my daughter's 3rd grade teacher. I was consistently inspired by her teaching skills. She had control of the classroom which she earned through her character and dedication. She has a rare ability to create a fun but focused environment where real exploration and growth take place. She expects much of her students, and that expectation leads to achievement through self respect. Jennifer helped ignite a passion for learning in my daughter. She inspired my daughter to take risks like running for student council. She encouraged the campaign and made sure that her victory was a celebration for the entire class. I especially love Jennifer's collaborative and innovative approach to education. She is not afraid to rethink traditional methods while always keeping the children's needs in sharp focus. I highly recommend her as an educator and motivator.
