During the summers, I worked for a local agency, providing education, counseling, and child care to children with emotional and behavioral disorders. I assisted in meeting various needs of children between the ages of 3 and 18 yrs old who were autistic, had Down syndrome, ADHD, OCD, Tourettes, etc. I thoroughly enjoy working with children, and encouraging their individual growth. I facilitated a few mural projects in the Canton area, and would love incorporating art into a daily routine. I love seeing the best in children come out through structure, encouragement and creativity.
