I taught English to students in China in a class setting as well as in small groups and with individual students. I taught listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. In particular my focus with these students in this learning process was to help them to feel responsible for their education, to help them gain confidence and to empower them in relation to their studies.
I have also been trained to teach Tai Chi and Qi Gong exercises, and I have experience teaching these exercises to children and adults. These exercises are known to help with physical fitness, but they also help to increase mental abilities such as focus, concentration and memory.
