I mainly teach Vinyasa Yoga, which is a a style of yoga that links breath with postures to encourage a graceful, heat building practice. I teach both privately and classes. A session begins with stretching, and Sun Salutations. The Ujjayi breath will be introduced and used as the primary breath throughout class to energize your body, increase lung capacity, and to calm and focus your mind.

Sessions can be tailored to meet your needs - ranging from beginner to advanced, body and health specialties, age, as well as focus on specific areas of the body, health, or meaningful topics.

Classes can be tailored to be 60 or 75 minutes.
