I have 27 years of teaching experience. I have taught regular chemistry, honors chemistry and AP Chemistry (25 years). I have a Masters in Gifted and Talented Education with a Technology in Science minor. I am certified to teach gifted and talented students, chemistry and biology. I prefer to teach chemistry. I have tutored throughout my 27 years of teaching. I have also worked with students taking general chemistry in college. I strive to understand how students learn and tutor to their strengths so that chemistry is not this terrible monster many students think that it is. I am also trained in working with students with learning differences that tend to struggle in the average classroom where the teacher is put in a position of teaching to the masses.
