My experience has shown as well as classes in graduate school such as "How Learners Learn" that the subject matter is not the primary concern when a child is having trouble in school. Many times they are failing to understand directions, read their social studies or science. The child needs to learn a new "skill set" to assist he/she in remembering the information and testing skills.

I also work with middle school children and high school students. Many times the problems do not show up until a later age. Most children are ready to have some help although they may not admit it at the time. The look on a child's face when they begin to achieve academic success is priceless.

The price of tutoring listed below is different if coupled with providing childcare. I keep up with all online assignments, posted grades and some emails to teachers with parents approval.
