I have been a private lesson instructor for groups of children, and individual children for the past three years. I started a summer camp at a school, Concordia Lutheran Day School, in North Carolina, hosting classes to help students with their fine arts abilities. As an artist, I try to find a unique method of learning for each pupil. The students that I have taught are not only the mentee, but an influence on my life. I do appreciate students that I can talk to at ease about their day, and why one wants to draw with specific colors, shapes, and lines.
Creating within the fine arts is a difficult task. But, thank goodness creating a finalized piece of art isn't the main goal. The main goal of my services is to help children and teens find a rewarding outlet for their feelings.
