I am a semi retired preschool teacher/child care provider. I most enjoy providing learning activities with children 3-5 years old. I would like to work part time hours or short term full time jobs.
I have also tutored children and youth living in transitional housing and supervised tutoring volunteers. I can especially assist with writing and study skills. I am very caring, creative and resourceful. I can also provide appropriate structure and routine. I love learning and consequently enjoy helping others with their learning.
Some flexibility is helpful, as I will be taking classes this summer and rewriting a play for possible production in the fall.
I enjoy traveling, discovering new sites and activities near home. I have two dachshunds who enjoy taking walks and would possibly join me sometimes with employers' permission.
I look forward to meeting children and families who need child care or tutoring.

I have a MA in Counseling and experience with some behavioral/emotional concerns.
