Hello,
I am a native French speaker with a Bachelor degree in teaching English Second Language (ESL). I have recently received my California Teaching Credentials Single Subject in English and in French in grades 12 and below. I love working with teenagers and always find ways to get the best out of them and captivate them by a great range of different activities, hands-on experiences, learning creatively through songs, poems, rhythms, learning though role-play, reenactment and cognate memorization. I have many memorization tricks to make them smile and remember vocabulary.

Concerning my teaching experience, I have been teaching French to teenagers and adults since March 2009 in a private school in Redondo Beach. I have almost five years of experience as a teacher. I have had great success with my students who are almost all teenagers.
I am also teaching French 1 to sophomores in a private school in Playa Del Rey.
Teaching has always been my passion. Even before I moved to California, I taught ESL for 3 years in a public school district in Canada where I learned all the fundamentals of being a good teacher. While I was doing my Bachelor's degree, I was tutoring about 15 hour per week.
