I am looking for a full-time, possibly part-time, position as a tutor. I not only like to consider myself a tutor, but also a mentor/life coach. Wherever you may need me, I am there to help and to get the job done!

I took an interest in working with children and youth once I graduated from high school. Since then, I have been pursuing a career in education at the University of Central Florida. My specific major is Social Science Education, meaning I am knowledgeable in the following areas of study: American History, World History, Geography, Latin American Studies, Economics, and Social Science. I also provide assistance in test preparation and other subjects as well, such as Science, English, some Math, and Special Ed.


My professional experience working with children and youth includes: working in Orange County Public Schools as a substitute teacher, interning in Seminole County Public Schools as a student teacher at the middle and high school levels, and working 2 consecutive summers at an outdoor adventure camp that mentors children with various learning disabilities. I also have additional experience working with children and youth outside of a work setting. This includes: babysitting my amazing 5-year-old nephew, and volunteering to work with a youth ministry in Costa Rica.

As someone who is attentive to the safety and well-being of all children and youth, I have made it a point to become certified with the American Red Cross in First Aid, CPR and AED, Life-guarding, and Wilderness First Aid. I believe that safety is a top priority!

Aside from tutoring, I am also open to a position as a babysitter/nanny. I understand this position isn't typically filled by a male like myself, but I can assure you that I am trustworthy, responsible, caring, and willing to perform any household tasks if needed.
