My first experiences in tutoring began at a young age. As the oldest of four children, I often assisted my younger siblings with their schoolwork and with the comprehension of difficult topics. I continued this in college, where I tutored my peers in Biology, Algebra, Statistics, Chemistry, Literature, English, and Art. My students have consistently reported increased success and comprehension following consistent sessions with me. I am able to tutor both individuals and groups, in multiple subjects, and have taken tutoring classes toward obtaining my certification. I have fulfilled all requirements to acquire my certification, but have not yet applied for it.
