I have been a Licensed BrainGym Instructor and Consultant for the past 13 years working with children and adults with various diagnoses of learning challenges and conditions, including stroke patients, autism spectrum, ADD, ADHD, etc. I have also been a Registered Massage Therapist for the past 20 years. I combine several other systems to help people deal with and overcome challenges and blocks in their lives. This work helps teach people how to calm their minds and bodies so they can do better and be better, and relax, have fun and enjoy their lives.

BrainGym is like physical therapy for the brain. It enhances brain function by activating the brain for optimal storage and retrieval of information, and preparing the nervous system for optimal performance in all areas: intellectual, creative, athletic and interpersonal. This work can help to improve vision, hearing, speech, thinking, reasoning, memory, attitude, coordination, sports performance, self-management and self-control.

I also do Brain Dominance Profiling for adults, children, premarital and couples for better understanding of self and others (especially in relationships) and of your own individual learning style, which helps you understand yourself and others better and why you act and react the way you do.

I have been mostly retired for the past five years and would now like to work part-time and perhaps be a grandmother to some wonderful people.
