Hello, I am a loving mother of 9 1/2-year-old triplets - 2 boys and 1 girl. They are extremely happy kids! We have so much fun together. At 5 months old I knew something was different with one of my sons. (I could actually write extensively about this but I will keep it brief.) The Pediatrician said I was just comparing my children but with 3 peers in the house it was hard not to! I was a first time mother but I just had to listen to what my gut was telling me. I went to a Pediatric Neurologist and before my son turned 1 he was diagnosed with Autism. I sought out multiple services and it made such a difference. Parents need to trust their instincts. My son has moderate Autism but I truly feel he would have been so much more severe without the early intervention. He is happy, loving, social and so incredibly intelligent. He is making friends. I have over 16 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in my professional life. I'm extremely organized (you have to be with triplets!). I'm very friendly and I love children. I feel like I have a wealth of knowledge and I really want to give back and help other families. I know ABA, DTI, RDI, basic sign language. I feel like I really connect with children on the spectrum. I'm patient and kind. I love the way they see the world and I feel very blessed to know that experience first hand.
