First off, my youngest sister is a severe/profound special needs person, so helping her throughout life has given me the passion to help others in need. Currently I work full time as a special needs transportation field coordinator. I have been with the school system for 13 years. I started volunteering about 9 years ago on Saturdays with an organization to provide parents with respite care. After a year I was asked to join the staff. Working there has provided me with the opportunity to work with all ranges of disabilities. I have had extensive experience with children with seizures as well.
