I am a certified teacher in special education N-12 and secondary education English. For the last seven years I have held many long term and short term positions as well as full time daily substituting. I have spent many years working with children on the autistic spectrum, ADHD, Downs, Cerebral Palsy, Developmentally Delayed and multi-handicapped. I have experience as a one-on-one with a child with severe handicaps meeting his personal care needs. I have four grown children of my own. One is graduating from college, one is attending college and two are in high school. I love working with people with special needs. They give me lots of energy and I thrive interacting with them. I am very compassionate and caring. I have worked with all ages, preschool to adults. I am looking to supplement my full time job and would love to take care of the special person in your life!

I have taken care of an elderly person with Alzheimer's. I took care of their personal and health needs. I also have taken care of a multi handicapped child meeting all of their personal care needs. Teacher certified in Special Education and English.
