Hi, I would like to take this opportunity to provide a formal recommendation for Stacy B., my child's caregiver for approximately two years. It is without hesitation that I can recommend Stacy as an experienced and dedicated caregiver, specifically to individuals with special needs. She has done a tremendous job with my daughter, who is autistic, (5 years old when Stacy started, 7 years old now). Stacy has has consistently provided excellent service for my family. Stacy was reliable and very outgoing, which was a great attribute both my husband and I admired in her. Stacy demonstrated patience and a strong dedication to our daughter. She worked hard to build a true relationship with my daughter and even some of her special needs friends; certainly earning the heart of my daughter. She is sorely, sorely missed since she has relocated. Stacy's efforts created a happier and more productive environment in our home. Additionally, her ability to communicate with my daughter and with us as her parents was certainly a very positive attribute as well. I believe Stacy exhibits many extremely important qualities I find to be essential in childcare, specifically children with special needs: dedication, love, understanding and patience. Stacy continuously gave us the peace of mind that our daughter was in the hands of a responsible and caring individual who would ensure our daughter's safety and wellbeing while we were away (all while having a great time, of course) I highly recommend Stacy to any family, she is simply wonderful.
