I have dealt with a lot of special needs children; that means they never want to do what they are told or they may be very behind in life skills and, of course, school. They have tantrums almost daily, but with training and rewards, the tantrums become less and less. I find ways to make learning fun because learning is more exciting when fun in involved. I like to take them to the park to burn off a lot of energy even in the winter when its cold outside.
