I would like to introduce myself to you. My name is Shawndra E.
As you can see, I have over 10 years of experience working with families including as a Senior Case Manager for a Shelter working with homeless teen mothers as well as an Adventure Program Coordinator for a Child and Family Development Center managing a before and after school program and as a Service Coordinator at a transitional housing program for young adult parents. I was a Social Worker in an intensive case management for SED/SPMI clients. This position entailed utilizing community programs, and documentation. Prior to moving to McDonough, I directed a day center for adults diagnosed with an Intellectual Disability or other mental Illnesses. I also have experience in:

* In-depth intake assessments
* Inter-agency referral and collaboration within counties
* Raiser's Edge and other data base management
* Program development
* Facilitation and follow-through with all family appointments
* Participation in life skills and anger management training
