I have three years recent experience working with chi centers inc. I worked in a group home for four wheelchair bound women who were intellectually challenged, yet very high functioning. I was responsible for all their personal needs. I bathed and dressed them. I assisted them with toileting and diapers. Cooking, cleaning, activities planning, lifting and transferring, I drove the van to outings on the weekends. I was responsible for dispensing their medication and charting their behavior. I worked under a staff supervisor and delegated nurse. I still keep in touch with the women and their families from time to time.
