I have over 10 years experience in implementing clinical programs designed to increase the quality of life for individuals with various learning disabilities. These programs have included academic and vocational learning as well as building independence in completing normal activities of daily living. I have extensive training in Behavioral Management and Motivational Support. I find my work very rewarding and complex. I truly believe this line of work is done solely from the goodness of the heart and not for the compensatory benefits. I value individuality and am very resourceful when meeting individual needs. I see individuals beyond the problems they challenges they face helping them to reach their maximum potential regardless of their disability. I am affectionate, energetic, fun-loving, compassionate, and caring with a great sense of humor. I enjoy establishing and maintaining positive work relationships through sharing one mission and that is to provide quality support services to the disabled community. I have always found my passion to be in helping others and knowing that I have contributed to ones success is an amazing feeling that can only be achieved by extending yourself above and beyond for someone less fortunate than you. This is my special reason for loving what I do!
