I have been working for a local non-profit organization since 2007 that tailors their business to children and adults with developmental and/or physical disabilities. I have dealt with many different behaviors and different behavior management plans. Prior to working with the special needs population, I worked at a school, where I ran after-school programs and worked in the preschool classes for 11 years.

I am very in tune with the children of all ages and abilities. I am always learning and adapting my skills to best fit each situation.
