I have cared for infants, toddlers, and children up to the age of 11 with down syndrome, prader willie syndrom, and a little boy with gaucher disease which became terminal. I have end stage of life care experience as well. I find this line of work extremely rewarding. Whether it is a simple smile, potty training, rolling over, etc. I see things that to other people is a small insignificant thing, to me and my kids and their families as a huge milestone. Everyday is a new challenge and a new wonderful achievement. I feel that every thing we do together is a learning experience. I treasure the children I care for and can't wait to start a new friendship/ partnership.
