I love what I do because I see growth in the kids I work with every day whether they have been identified as high risk or normally developing. Everything takes place at such a fast rate. Children learn in various areas and are ahead in areas and may lag in others areas but catch up in so many ways. It is so fascinating and empowering for me to see on so many levels. I smile at the activities that kids get caught up with with every day play. It is these activities that they are learning on so many levels that I try to interact with each child in such a way to promote growth.
