I currently work at a residential home for children with a spectrum of different special needs ranging from behavioral or neurological. I have experience working with children with Autism, Asperger's, a variety of mental health disorders and behavioral dysregulation. Many of the children I work with come from homes where abuse and neglect were prevalent and I work hard to show children that adults can be safe people. I love my work and have learned so much from the children I work with everyday.

I am certified in CPR and First Aid and have training in Collaborative Problem Solving and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention. I am restraint-trained also but prefer not to.
