I find a quiet sense of satisfaction in the knowledge that I am providing an excellent standard of care, emphasizing personal dignity, for people in need of specialized assistance. It is a joy for me to discover ways to work effectively with my clients and their families. I have found that each client's care pattern is like a puzzle, as the days go by, I find small connections between certain behaviors and activities, until finally, I can see the big picture and I develop a workable system for addressing the individual's needs.
