I used my best practices within a community based, residential setting to teach clients with challenging needs how to acquire the physical, intellectual, emotional and social skills needed to live as independently as possible. I also consulted with their guardians, case manager, psychiatrist and doctors on a daily basis regarding their programs needs and interest (IHP Goals). Supervision was provided in the following areas: personal and health care, homemaking, home maintenance, transportation, socialization and personal development. I was responsible for payroll, attendance, scheduling, menus, IHP's, progress notes, shift reports, incident reports and all immediate needs of the clients and staff. I was also an instructor for Management Crisis.
