I assisted in raising a sibling with special needs (she was quite a younger than myself) and have been working with the adult special needs population since I was 18. I have worked with Autism for 3 years and with the entire population for 20 years. I used to manage homes for this population and with that is direct care as well. I have worked with feeding tubes, injections and the physically challenged as well.
