I currently am caring for a senior couple in Festus, Missouri. The man is 90 years old with a colostomy. He is mobile and very sharp. His wife is 86 years old and very active. She has some problems with her knees and she suffers from Alzheimer's disease. My duties include: monitoring their medicine, preparing nutritional meals, design exercise & activity programs, house keeping, and keeping them clean and healthy. Also, maintaining a trustful and caring relationship for them in the comfort of there own home.
The way I view care giving - is that sooner or later everybody will need a helping hand.
