I must confess that I have little experience in this area of child care, but I thought to add it in case a mother just needs an extra pair of hands. This year, I learned how to work with the demanding needs of baby twins, and I would love to learn more about caring for special needs children. Just from observation, I do know that they need, like all young children, a lot of love and gentle care. Although I feel a little silly dubbing myself "affectionate nanny" I do know that I am a gentle person, especially to those not as physically capable as I am. And of course, I love children very much. Just a note: my selections of "years of paid experience" and "which age groups are you experienced with?" are based on my experience in general childcare.
