Lead Home Manager 8/2008 - Present

I assist disabled adults and children with daily activities i. e., showering, toileting, general hygiene and health-care, Laundry and housekeeping. I also assist in making their quality of life better by teaching them skills needed to
improve their lifestyle and become independent. I have been the home manager for the last 3 years; I managed 40 staff that works on the floor with our residents. I did scheduling, training, preform monthly fire drills, worked close with the administrator developing policies and implementing them.
