Leslie never showed up to the scheduled interview to sit for my autistic child. I waited 45 minutes with my autistic son at a coffee shop, he was not happy waiting that long! Confirmed the appointment with her, but she didn't show, didn't call, never contacted me afterwards after missing interview. I can't recommend someone who doesn't show up!

I understand where you are coming from, however I had a family emergency and getting online was not the first thing on my mind to contact anyone; it was personal from the heart. I apologize for keeping you waiting and to have no response of why I didn't show up. From all the families that I have work for would let you know that I have always been responsible and 10 minutes early all the time.
