The information box only ask for one job description and I am qualified for a few of the listings. Babysitting, I worked for a child care for 5 years as a infant room supervisor. I worked for RACSB for 6 years as an MR RCI counselor with the seniors and I love housekeeping. And with this experience it makes me qualified to be a nanny. My responsibilities are to instruct our intellectually disabled residents in basic independent living skills including mobility, hygiene and self-care, home maintenance and safety, nutrition and home economics, social behavior, communication and functional academics, and personal banking and money management, etc.

I also lead the residents in social and leisure activities, transport them to all activities outside the group home and attempt to get them as integrated into the community as possible.

As a Residential Counselor it is also my responsibility to dispense and record the resident's medication, physically assist those with limited mobility and record the resident's progress and behavior daily via case notes.

Also, I monitor the resident's individual service plans in collaboration with the resident's themselves, their families and case managers, as appropriate.
