I have recently graduated from North Georgia College and State University with a degree in Early Childhood Education and Special Education. I have taken many courses in the field of special education and have had several opportunities to work in the field of special education in a school setting. These opportunities include six week placements in a K-5 resource classroom for students with autism, a 3-5 resource classroom for students with emotional behavioral disorders, and a K-2 self contained classroom for students with developmental delays. I have also provided childcare in the home for children with Down syndrome, autism, and significant developmental delays.
