I have had over six years of experience working for people with special needs. I have worked with teens and adults with all different disabilities. I have had hands on experience in an assisted living facility for two and a half years, summer camps for two summers, worked as a teaching assistant in a middle school for the life skills class, and I worked for a family assisting for a teen with cerebral palsy. I absolutely love to work with those with special needs. They bring something new to the table each and every day. I have found my passion and that is to work with those with special needs. They bring smiles to my face and I can't get enough of how unique and wonderful that those with special needs are.
