“ I worked as a Physical Therapy Aide at IL Masonic Hospital when I was a teenager. My husband, Larry, was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lung Cancer in March 2007 and I took him to his chemo treatments and medical appointments until his passing in October 2007. I also took care of his diabetic wound on his inner thigh until it healed "for that period" my name changed from Kathy to "Florence" :) He was my "soul-mate"...

I also took care of his diabetic wound on his inner thigh until it healed "for that period" my name changed from Kathy to "Florence" :) He was my "soul-mate" ... was never paid for any service done as I did it out of "LOVE"! I was never been paid for helping the elderly people I have assisted over the years (at that time, I didn't know they had services like this available).
