I am a very patient person when it comes to children. My daughter has special needs (medically) and when I was in Jr and Sr. high school, I volunteered in the special needs room, and at special needs summer camp, working with children with developmental delays, downs etc. I do not have special training, but I learn very quickly and am willing to learn. I am a single parent of 3 teenagers. Watching children is what I love to do; it is what I am good at. I love children of all ages, and they seem to take to me very quickly. I have been taking care of children since I was 11 yrs. Old. I do a variety of things with the children I watch, like story time, outside time, going to park, pretend play, I even try to come up with art projects for them, of course all age appropriate things.
