During high school and some of college, I worked in an elementary special education room and loved every second about it. I mainly worked with one little girl that needed more help then others, she can't talk nor will she ever be able to talk, she can not cross her hands so I came up with a method to try to help her with that. Also, I've been around special needs people since I was in second grade, my mom drove a special needs bus and I would ride with her. I went to college for Social Work because I love helping people and I am hoping to further my education to help disadvantaged or special needs children in and out of a school system. I also worked at a Goodwill Industries in my hometown where we had a few special needs workers, it was such a blessing to work with them.
