In 2007 I worked for the John Archer School's "Camp Ability." This was the most challenging and the most rewarding job. I worked with children and young adults with special needs in the classroom setting and on field trips.

Over the past seven years I have provided child care for two boys with autism. I have learned a lot from these individuals and I enjoyed watching them grow. I also taught music to two autism support classes during my student teaching in Lancaster County. These classes provided me a better insight to how children with Autism learn.

In 2009 I worked as in individual support staff member for Richcroft, Inc. I provided transportation and nutritional, behavioral, and financial consultation for a 19-year-old girl with several developmental disabilities. I was also responsible for administering medication, and planning and implementing various activities to enhance the quality of life.
