“ I babysat a family of five for five years who had a set of twin boys with severe autism. I also was a tutor for a special needs class in high school with men and women ages 15 to 21 with all varieties of physical, mental and emotional disabilities ranging from severe to mild. I assisted them with their gym classes, lunch, reading, playing different games, and in taking trips to the zoo, a baseball game, etc....

I also was a tutor for a special needs class in high school with men and women ages 15 to 21 with all varieties of physical, mental and emotional disabilities ranging from severe to mild. I assisted them with their gym classes, lunch, reading, playing different games, and in taking trips to the zoo, a baseball game, etc. We even had the opportunity to hold a track meet for some of the students I worked with, which was an awesome experience. I have a passion for these people, and believe that I can love them well. I firmly believe in their capabilities as people, and love assisting in growth.
