I love working with special needs kids and have worked with them for years: autism, physical handicaps, emotional disorders, and learning disorders. I think people are too quick to see them for what they are unable to do rather than viewing them as unique and valuable individuals, who are worthy of love/honor and who have their own sets of talents, skills, interests, motivations, and capabilities.

I know these children need love and extra patience, as well as caregivers who possess the insight to meet their individual needs. I'm patient, experienced, and well-trained. More importantly, I realize that every human being has value and is worthy of love, care and appreciation.
