I have worked as a school teacher for the last three years. I have obtained a license from the Department of Public Instruction as a Special Education Aide. I have also worked with the Wisconsin Early Autism Project, working with children with severe autism. I worked closely with the special needs department at the Next Door Foundation working with a non-speaking child with severe autism as well, the outcome was successful, and the student had learned to communicate her needs and was integrated into a classroom. My passion is working to develop and enhance the overall child's ability to learn. I have a proven success rate, working to develop students overall behavioral challenges, communicative skills and learning skills. I believe the success of a child or person with special needs is based on how driven and passionate their care-giver or teacher can be.
