I have an associate degree in early childhood education from Purdue Calumet where I worked as a preschool teacher for two years. I did work with some children there who had special needs. I am also the mother of four grown children, two of which have learning disabilities. I am a loving and patient person, and I would love to have the chance to make the difference in someones life. I respect people for their individuality and know that we all deserve to be loved and respected. I am also very patient and kind, and I am willing to work with an individual to help them make the most out of their lives. I believe it is important to help someone be as independent as possible while also being considerate of their needs.
